Production and shipping time

Production time is between 1 week to 1 month based on design/requirements 

Shipping in UAE 2-3 days

Shipping to GCC 1 week - 2 weeks

Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

Refund is issued if company is unable to fulfill order.

Returns after delivery are not accepted as all the pieces are custom made to customer size.

Cancellation within 1 hour hour of placing order can be made and amount is refunded within that time frame.
